Do custom builds take longer than normal builds?
All ChromeTek systems are built to order, this means that a customised build should not take any longer than a regular system order. However, if your system is much more complicated, such as specific wiring and adapters included as part of the package, this will naturally take a short while longer. These kind of builds will usually take a maximum of one day longer to complete.

Can I use parts from my old PC?

You can use parts from your old system if you would prefer, although this would mean that we will need the parts before the build starts. This can be achieved by dropping off the parts or mailing the parts to us. Just give us a call and we will be happy to work something out for you.

I don't know what I want, can you help me decide on a system?
We are happy to help if you're not quite sure what system you're after. All we need to know is what kind of purpose you want the system for or what kind of interests the intended user has. It would also help if you knew the kind of price range that you'd like to stick with, if you're not sure how much you think you should be spending, we can give you an idea on what kind of performance you're going to get for your money.

Can you gift wrap systems?

Gift wrapping can be arranged, please contact us prior to the purchase and let us know what kind of wrapping you'd like. For safety purposes, we can not wrap the cardboard shipping box of a system that is being sent via freight. Pick up is preferred for gift wrapped systems.

I've seen a system elsewhere, can you build the same thing at a lower price?
