Why are the prices so low?
We are able to offer low prices on all systems and peripherals compared to a retail store because we do not have a display premises. As a micro-business, we offer the kinds of prices a friend may quote you - with the added security of a warranty and the peace of mind that we know exactly what we're doing.

Are the components brand new?

Unless otherwise stated, all components are brand new from the manufacturer. The exception is for refurbished systems, which may use a mixture of brand new parts and one or two used but refurbished parts. You will very rarely see a system for sale using only refurbished components.

Can I pick up my purchase in person?

Yes, a pick up option is available for all systems and components. However, if your purchase includes free shipping, we prefer that you wait for the item to arrive rather than come to pick it up as we may need to collect the stock first, in situations where we are low on stock.

Do you offer a warranty?

Unless otherwise stated, all purchases will come with either a manufacturer warranty which guarantees a replacement component or item if it should fail to work correctly, or a warranty from us whereby we will replace any needed components or items at our own expense, should you not be at fault.

Can you gift wrap systems?

Gift wrapping can be arranged, please contact us prior to the purchase and let us know what kind of wrapping you'd like. For safety purposes, we can not wrap the cardboard shipping box of a system that is being sent via freight. Pick up is preferred for gift wrapped systems.

I've seen a system elsewhere, can you build the same thing at a lower price?
